Wed. Nov 4 6:00 PM - Miami Mensa's Cheap Charlie's meets @ Beefeaters Argentinean Restaurant. 1902 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood. Great beef plus. RSVP to Stan Bercovitch by 4 PM that day.
Thu. Nov 5 7:00 PM - Meet, Greet and Eat in the East @ Bobby Rubino's. 2501 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach. Steak, ribs, chicken. Very good food. If your birthday is on November 5th, call ahead and ask the restaurant if they still have their Birthday Special. Maggie will be away, so Jackie will be your hostess. Please contact her if you have any questions, or to RSVP, which is not required but would be appreciated. Please bring friends and family.

Advertised as "Fort Lauderdale Best Brunch", their brunch menu features entries from all kinds of eggs to pancakes to Mexican and Salads, each for $9.95. For $5 more you can get the "all you can drink" option of unlimited Mimosas, Bloody Marys and Margaritas. This treat is located at 3001 North Federal Highway, just south of Oakland Park Blvd. RSVP to Micki.

Thu. Nov 26 3:00 PM - Open House Thanksgiving. Jordan and Ruby's traditional Open House on Thanksgiving. We invite anyone who wishes (Members and/or friends and their relatives, acquaintances, whomever) to attend our sit-down full traditional Thanksgiving dinner each year. This is our way of giving thanks for our good luck and fortune, by sharing what we have with anyone who wishes to participate. TV football games will be available for the fanatics. Each person, or couple, will bring part of the dinner in accordance with their assignment by Ruby as to completing the menu. The assignments are easy, and do-able by anyone. Well, almost anyone. Jordan does the bird and stuffing. Everyone is invited; dinner at about 3:00-3:30 P.M. RSVP no later than November 23rd to Ruby Allman.

January 31 - February 8, 2010: Hell's M's Party at Sea. Join Hell's M's for another Party Cruise. Depart Ft. Lauderdale on the Carnival Miracle for an eight-day cruise to Panama, Costa Rica and Belize.

April 11, 2010: CultureQuest® XXI. Check your calendars and round up your trivia buffs. Start recruiting for your teams; registration will open in January! For more information, email CultureQuest@us.mensa.org.

April 16 - 18, 2010: Mind Games® 2010, at the San Diego Hilton Mission Valley, San Diego, CA.
